How do I print threw the maxisys program over my network?

What is the error message?
In general, to print on Maxisys, please log in our website with your Autel ID and password, and then download the latest PC Suite software for Maxisys from your account. The PC suite software includes the Printing service program.
Then please install the PC suite software on the computer, and then refer to Page 19 of user guide to print on Maxisys.
